Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel
your order please contact us
immediately. It is not always
possible to cancel an order once has
been sent to the printer.
*If your order has not been
processed by one of our customer
service representatives at the time
of your cancellation, no charge will
be made.
*On orders that have been approved
to be sent to the printer, you will
only be refunded 60% of the total
cost of the order if the printing
process has not begun.
*If the printing process has begun,
no refunds will be made

Policy
At
IBK Stationery, Inc., our invitation
consultants proofread all orders for
spelling and grammar. However, we
cannot guarantee that we will catch
all mistakes. For that reason,
please double check your order for
accuracy before submitting it.
Please notice that it is not always
possible for changes to be made once
an order has been submitted to the
printer.
If
proofs are ordered, be sure to read
it carefully. We are not responsible
for mistakes on your order after
you approve them on your proofs.
Once you receive your order, please
examine it immediately. Count all
items (individually). Check
spelling and verify that your ENTIRE
order is correct. IBK Stationery,
Inc. will not be responsible for
claims made after 10 days of the
delivery of your order.
If any
order were to contain an error or
misprint caused by our staff or the
printers, we will happily reprint it
at no cost to you. If
the mistake is a customer error, we
will reprint the order to the
customer's satisfaction and the
customer will be responsible for
price of the order with a 10%
discount in addition to the shipping
cost of the reprinted order.
