About OrderingBavarian and French envelopes are an extra charge($1.00 each) as well as inner envelopes($7.50 per 25). Be sure to specify on you order form if you want any of these items. Liners Also an extra charge. We have some of the most popular on our website but not all. They have over 30 different available liners and some of them do not resemble the real sample when scanned. Fell free to check their liner selection here. Font Styles Their current list offers over 70 different font styles. We have the selection available on the Paper Bouquet album, which are the most popular, but you can use any of the Checkerboard lettering styles on your invitations. Proofs are available for $20.00 for the first set. This includes all the printable parts of your order. Please be aware that the 2nd and 3rd set of proofs will be a charge of $12.00 for each one. Processing Time Expect to receive your invitations within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. This depends on your location, turn around of proofs and shipping method selected. RUSH service is available for a minimum charge of $50.00. This charge depends on the quantity and the complexity of the order. Inks Standard ink colors are free with any thermographed Checkerboard Invitation. Add $40.00 to your order for metallic inks. If you want a special color of ink and you supply us with the Pantone Matching System number, add $ 60.00 per order. For a second color of ink add a $35.00 set up fee per item, plus $10.00 per 25 per item. Foreign Language For the service of typesetting in a foreign language using the English alphabet and associate accents, add $25.00 per order. For Hebrew typesetting please contact customer service at 888/432-4002. Monograms You can add your monogram to almost any invitation. Add $38.00 per monogram
